Air Station New Orleans, LA.

My number two pick would have to be New Orelans, Louisiana.
Because it's still the South like what we're going for.
New Orleans had a population of 1,235,650 as of 2009.
So it's a bigger city to live.
The city/parish alone has a population of 343,829 as of 2010.
New Orleans is also famous for its cuisine, music, and birth place of Jazz, and its annual celebrations and festivals, most notably Mardi Gras.
New Orleans is located in southeastern Louisiana, straddling the Mississippi River.
Also known very well for Hurrican Katrina. in August of 2005.
